Registration
How to register:
Please create a new user account with your e-mail address and password and follow the on-line registration procedure. Upon submitting the Registration Form, you will receive automatically generated summary to your e-mail address.
*Registration is required for all CFPN Conference participants!
If you do not receive the Registration Summary within 1 day, please check if you have entered a correct email address and check your spam/unwanted folder in your mailbox. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the forgotten password link at the log-in page. New password will be sent to your e-mail account (please also check the spam folder). You can modify your registration until the registration deadline.

Registration fees (22% VAT included)
All participants must register for the conference and have their registration fee settled.

Payment
Payment in euros without any charges to the beneficiary should be made:

All payments should have the notification "CFPN 2025" with first name(s) and last name(s) of participant(s).
Cancellation policy
All cancellations of Conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre, [email protected].
Cancellations received no later than September 13 2025, will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of EUR 30. Refunds will be made after the conference has concluded. Cancellation received after September 13, 2025, will not be refunded.

Conference Identification Badge
A conference identification badge will be included in the conference material provided upon Registration. There will be no admittance to the Scientific Sessions and Social Events without the conference badge.
Certificate of attendance
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all arrived participants.
Coffee breaks
During session breaks, refreshments will be served free of charge to participants wearing conference badges.
Lunches
Lunches are included in the registration fee and will be served in the Foyer.
